That’s what my friend said. I’ve been over there before to pay a ticket I legitimately deserved and it’s such a pain in the ass it’s almost just worth paying the $20. Seriously not fair though because I TOTALLY PAID!

I even considered not putting money in because it’s those new annoying meters that just have the stick in the ground with a number on it which I hate, but I was good and actually paid.
